The article summarized the present situation of our country’s social capital run medical,revealed the existing problems in the process of private hospital development throught the analysis of 49 private hospitals of business activity in a city of Jiangsu from 2009 to 2011,finally put forward some policy suggestions,such as choosing reasonable social capital to establish medical institutions,setting up reasonable regulation for private medical institutions,providing equal competition opportunities to private medical institutions,guiding the development of private hospital scale,improving market share,improving private hospital management level,enhancing competitiveness,strengthening the supervision to private hospitals.
