Abstract:Objective: Through the situation investigation of the hospital managers’ continuing education in Jiangsu province, we compare the effects of different factors on education, and put forward reasonable suggestions from four aspects: the government, hospitals, training institutions, managers. Methods: We selected data by self-designing questionnaire, and analyzed data by SPSS20.0 software. Results: Managers had high self-study requirement, their willing in continuing education participation was well-balanced. Interoperation was not formed between diversification and individuation of education, and their training demand was not met. Inner power of learning and external motivation must be promoted together. Conclusion: Government needs to set up the lifelong education system, hospital needs to establish the learning organization, training institutions need to meet the diverse needs of mutual communication, managers need to play subjective initiative to establish the concept of lifelong learning.
