Objective:To understand the current implementary situation and main problems of equalization of basic public health services in Changzhou, put forward reasonable suggestions and provide references for the administrative department of health. Methods: Through the cross-sectional study, the related material and data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis. Results: We summarized the main measures and results including existing problems in implementation of equalization. Conclusion: The implementation of the project of equalization of basic public health services had played a certain role in promoting many aspects such as controlling epidemics effectively, improving the public health services availability of residents, narrowing the differences between urban and rural areas gradually, and improving the health status of people. In order to improve the equalization level of primary public health services, there was still a demand to strengthen public health supportive system, fund input, personnel all ocationand so on.
