Abstract:Objective: From the perspective of public health management, standing in the position of medical institutions, we explore the doctor-patient communication quality control. Methods: 867 medical staff of Jiangsu province which were chosen by the random sampling method were measured by the questionnaires of doctor-patient communication quality control. Results:The controlling link focused on the communication during hospitalization. Mainly ways of controlling were the number of medical complaints, disputes and accidents and hospital patients’returns, which were all terminal controlling forms and were also used to evaluate and exam the controlling work. Conclusion: We suggest put the doctor-patient communication system into medical quality control system, and formulate scientific controlling index and evaluating index which are used in the evaluation and feedback of the quality of doctor-patient communication back.
