    摘要:

    目的:从公共卫生管理的角度,站在医疗机构的立场,探究医患沟通的质量控制?方法:采用随机抽样对江苏省867名医务人员开展医患沟通质量控制的问卷调查?结果:医患沟通质量控制集中于住院期间沟通;多采用投诉?医疗纠纷和事故的数量以及患者满意度等终末控制形式,并以此进行评价和考核?结论:建议把医患沟通制度纳入医疗质量控制体系,采用科学方法制定医患沟通质量控制指标和评价指标,用以评价及反馈医患沟通质量?

    Abstract:

    Objective: From the perspective of public health management, standing in the position of medical institutions, we explore the doctor-patient communication quality control. Methods: 867 medical staff of Jiangsu province which were chosen by the random sampling method were measured by the questionnaires of doctor-patient communication quality control. Results:The controlling link focused on the communication during hospitalization. Mainly ways of controlling were the number of medical complaints, disputes and accidents and hospital patients’returns, which were all terminal controlling forms and were also used to evaluate and exam the controlling work. Conclusion: We suggest put the doctor-patient communication system into medical quality control system, and formulate scientific controlling index and evaluating index which are used in the evaluation and feedback of the quality of doctor-patient communication back.
