Objective: Based on employee satisfaction survey in hospital, we proposed solutions for the problems of rectification to improve employee satisfaction and the quality of medical service, as well as provided a decision basis for hospitals to improve employee satisfaction. Methods: By questionnaire, statistical analysis of the collected data was tested by SPSS20.0 software. Results: The overall degree of employee satisfaction was closed to satisfactory level. The influence factors were including operating post, education level and professional title. Conclusion: To pay attention to employee satisfaction, hospital should establish emotional management and employee satisfaction survey system, pay attention to the different influence factors and the difference between different groups to improve employee job satisfaction.
