Medical leading talents are the primacy strategic resources in medical and health fields. Based on 178 Jiangsu medical leading talents by questionnaires under the principle of stratified cluster random sampling and 10 in- depth interviews by interviewee, the paper summarized the key factors of influencing the growth rate of medical leading talents, analyzed the questionnaire survey and interview results, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions about the cultivation and development of medical leading talents.
