Abstract:Objective: To investigate the subjective well-being and relevant influence factors of medical staff at present, combined with the psychologic status of medical staff in the doctor-patient conflicts, and to search the key factors affecting the subjective well-being of medical staff in the doctor-patient offensive event. Methods: A total of 369 medical staff were investigated by questionnaire survey. Results: There were many statistical variables, including gender, salary, professional titles, and etc, which have impact on the subjective well-being. The forgiveness level could significantly predicted the happiness level after the doctor-patient conflicts. Conclusion: We can infer that adjustment of medical staff’s psychologic status to improve forgiveness level helps to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and be good to their mental health.
