Abstract:Objective: To investigate the job burnout status and its influencing factors among doctors in a hospital of TCM in Nanjing, and to provide theoretical basis for job burnout of medical staff. Methods: By using the social demographic and job burnout questionnaires, the results were analyzed statistically. Results: Gender, level of education, job, job title, working hours per week, branch, weekly exercise number, weekly sleep time were related to job burnout. Conclusion: The doctor’s job burnout is widespread. The prevalence and severity on job burnout of doctors should be concerned. To prevent or cure job burnout, more attention should be paid to clinic doctors, young doctors, and medical staff who have worked long hours in high pressure condition.
