Abstract:Under the situation of the urgent need to break the ice in the relationship between doctors and patients, we combined expert interviews and literature research to understand the current situation of economic losses caused by the risk in doctor and patient relationship from the perspective of behavioral economics. We concluded five causes, including “cognitive dissonance (C-D) gap”, “identity-social status”, “personality-mood set”, “personality-evolution of preference”, and “situated rationality-local knowledge”. Then, we put forward three advices about the risk of doctor-patient relationship from the perspective of behavioral economics.
