Abstract:Job burnout phenomenon exists generally, while the medical workers are susceptible population. Based on the motivator-hygiene theory analysis of the causes of job burnout among medical staff, both the lack of hygiene factors and incentive problems are pointed out. By reforming medical personnel salary system, cultivating responsibility consciousness to strengthen internal incentive, and optimizing the social environment and system, a systematic social support can be established to relieve tired feeling, improve medical personnel professional enthusiasm, promote the development of the medical enterprise and develop a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
