During the past two decades, due to the emergence and development of new medical technology and treatment, there have been more new medical ethics problems which are paid by the attention of the researchers. The paper is based on Science Citation Database(WOS) with the literature metrology and knowledge mapping visualization analysis method. First, we analyze the annual literature in two decades, subject category, academic journals, nations, research institutions, high output scholars, and then analyze the cooperation of nations, research institutions and high output scholars, last co-citation literature, high frequency keywords and high BURST keywords. The paper clarifies the context of the overall development of research, understands the basic theme, grasps the forefront of research and provides preferable experience for our country.
