Seeking forgiveness is a course of offender seeking victim’s forgiveness. In this paper, we mainly discussed the concept of seeking forgiveness and other relative concepts. And then we analyzed the dimension and correlational influence factors. At the same time, seeking forgiveness has obviously effects in reducing secondary interpersonal conflict and reducing negative induced emotion of offending partners. Finally, we put forward the research prospect of seeking forgiveness.
