Massive conference has already become one important mechanism promoting global health governance. Conference diplomacy is not only practice in diplomacy activities but also one solution to reduce divergence on regulation taking global as a whole. Conference diplomacy is to reach a consensus on issue, find solutions to that issue, and allow other actors, stakeholders to accept certain program. The conference diplomacy is extensively used in global health governance. How to recognize the linkage between global health governance and conference diplomacy would help China discover better way to join in global health governance. State and non?state actors has taken the chance to introduce global health governance to the world by massive conference, taking WHO as an example, the concept of health for all, health in all policy, are being accepted by many parties through their WHA, health promotion conference, and other international conference. At this point, it accelerates the process of China’s acceptance of a series of cognition of global health governance. China is on his way to absorb more global health governance into national plan through conference diplomacy approach, especially emphasis on health in all policies, avoiding health inequity, improve poverty and health issues, emphasis on systematical investigation and evaluation, and people?centered localization design.
