Abstract:Objective: To assess the turnover intention and the related factors among the nurses in 2?class and above general hospital of Lianyungang, and provide theoretical reference for nursing managers to formulate relevant policies. Methods: By convenience sampling, 446 nurses were selected and investigated by using general demographic scale, the turnover intention scale and job satisfaction scale. Results: The total score of turnover intention was 14.41±3.67, at a high level. The dimensions of job satisfaction were negatively correlated with turnover intention (P<0.01). The result of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of turnover intention were job satisfaction management, family and work balance dimensions, marriage, wages and benefits, age, and workload. Conclusion: It is recommended that nursing managers should take scientific measures to reduce the loss of nurses according to their own characteristics and career development stages.
