Abstract:The purposes of this research were to develop and to test the reliability and validity of selfie behavior questionnaire for college students. With literature analysis and semi?open interviews, we designed a selfie behavior questionnaire, which measured 702 college students. And we used item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis for the data. According to the results of exploratory factor analysis, the selfie behavior questionnaire for college students consisted of selfie dependence, selfie perplex, selfie sharing and selfie sentiment, and 68.179% of the total variation could be explained; The questionnaire had satisfying structure validity; The reliability of the total scale and subscale were all higher than 0.70, and the correlation validity was better. The reliability and validity of selfie behavior questionnaire meets the standards of psychometrics and could measure the selfie behavior of college students.
