Abstract:Hospital volunteer service is a powerful supplement to strengthen hospital management, and an important platform for harmonious doctor?patient relationship. In the context of continuous innovation in hospital management, the model of hospital volunteer service needs to be continuously explored. The two?way linkage mode has the advantages of smooth information communication and close personnel interaction. The First People’s Hospital of Changzhou applied this mode to the innovation of voluntary public welfare projects, and developed the “student experience course” which guided by the needs of students and supported by the hospital’s volunteer service resources. During the project development process, the characteristics of integration of implementation, humanization of concept, development of model, and operational stability were presented to help students grow healthily and broaden the communication channels between hospitals and society. The success of the “student experience course” has enriched the hospital volunteer service. The two?way linkage model helps young volunteers and students grow together.
