Abstract:Based on the theory of "lean management" and combined with the actual situation of S hospital, this study applies the time management method of project management to all aspects of practical work. Based on how to shorten the time point of patient waiting, this paper studies a set of practical, landing and feasible optimization schemes, and compares and analyzes the effect of the implementation of the scheme before and after, which provides scientific and effective basis and data support for the development of the hospital and the related research in the health industry.
