With the rapid development of society and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, people have put forward newer and higher requirements for the quality of medical services. How to improve the quality management of medical services in China has become an important issue for hospital administrators. This article summarizes the international medical service quality management related concepts and practices, and analyzes the problems of medical service quality management in China, to put forward some thoughts on improving medical service quality management in China.
