The purposive sampling method is adopted， respectively for health and family planning commission， head of the grassroots health office， the centers for disease control and prevention of chronic non?communicable diseases and health education center， community health service center， head of the work of clinical and public health， family planning staffs， head of the community health. Community residents individual in?depth interview was conducted to understand the community health resources development and utilization status quo.The results show that the development and utilization of community health resources is conducive to improve the health level of residents， and has gradually drawn attention from government authorities. However， there are some problems remain presented， such as lack of proper supporting policies， shortage of professionals， passive participation of residents and lack of cooperation between departments， which all affect the utilization rate of resources. The community health resources should be integrated from three aspects: adjusting the community policy， setting up the community professional team， constructing the evaluation index system， improving the resource utilization rate， and improving the residents’ health level at the source.
