Differences were notified between actual monthly income and expected income among those with different education background, or those who service at administrative/business management position and the possession of having the social endowment insurance or medical insurance. The overall satisfaction average score for the income and treatment was 2.63±0.63. Through the single factor analysis, the overall satisfaction had significantly different among administrative/business management position, professional and technical position and monthly average and expected income(P<0.05).There is a negative correlation between the difference among the expected income and the actual income per month and the total satisfaction score(r=-0.246,P<0.05); Furthermore, multivariate linear regression analysis results showed that administrative/business management position、monthly actual income and expected income had significant impact on overall satisfaction. We should pay more attention to balance the income differences between regions, apply importance to economic incentive measures, at the same time, improve the promotion mechanism for grassroots medical staffs and strengthen the welfare treatment.
