The results showed that the various departments have consistent views on many elements of doctor?patient communication(P > 0.05). The doctors in different departments had different judgments on the expression of humanities in communication(P <0.05); The doctor’s perception of the patient’s psychological judgment was different from the implementation. 69.11% of the doctors thought that the patient’s psychological awareness was important; the doctor’s judgment and implementation of the preparation of the communication plan were different, and 67.48% of the doctors thought that it was important to prepare the communication plan.
