In this paper, the Jiangsu province hospital is chosen as a sample hospital to analyze the medical treatment status of medical insurance patients over 65 years of age in Nanjing, including the number of patients for different diseases, the average cost per person, the proportion of expenses paid and other indicators of status. According to the research results, countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward in order to form synergy among hospitals, medical insurance and medicine, and to better promote the construction and development of medical services for the aged.
