Abstract:Under the background of aging population, due to the weakening of traditional home care, community care services have not yet been perfected which has increased the demand for pension agency. Current long?term care services for our pension agencies still have problems such as prominent structural contradiction between supply and demand, low resource utilization rate, shortage of professional service personnel, low service quality, and imperfect organizational management. Based on the perspective of supply?side reform, this study proposes rationalized suggestions of the imbalance between supply and demand in the long?term care service of pension agencies, starting from the improvement of the pension system, the raising of pension funds, and the training of professional care personnel.
