Abstract:This article takes the female uremic patients in Fuzhou City as the research object, to examine the medical needs of female uremia patients with the annual costs of outpatient, hospitalization, hemodialysis, drugs, medical care; combining national, provincial and municipal policies, considering the annual total medical expenses and out?of?pocket proportion of female uremia patients, to evaluate the medical security level of female uremia patients. It suggests that the medical needs of female uremia patients are great, and the disease burden is heavy; relevant systems can respond to their needs in a timely and effective manner, but there are limits, and the access and equity to medical resources for female uremia patients are impaired. Therefore, this study proposes that the system concept, policy support, gender integration and others should be considered in the strategic practice.
