Since the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) in Wuhan in December 2019, the prevention and control of the epidemic has entered a critical period. As an important component of disease diagnosis and treatment, hospitals are of great significances in controlling the spread of the virus through rational response and hospital prevention and control. The paper focuses on the measures, management methods and experience of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University to deal with COVID-19 during the epidemic period, and provides references for medical institutions to overcome the epidemic of COVID-19.
