Civil Society Organizations（CSOs） play an important and irreplaceable role in the field of healthy aging. This study analyzed the participation of CSOs in the field of healthy aging by means of the analysis of situation weakness opportunity threats（SWOT）， and clarified the internal strengths and weaknesses， external opportunities and threats. Based on the results of the analysis， the strategies to improve the participation of CSOs in the field of healthy aging were proposed. It was pointed out that CSOs should explore their internal advantages and opportunities， reduce their own pressure， make full use of development opportunities to meet external challenges， so as to promote the overall development of healthy aging.
