摘要:
社会资本作为一种存在于社会结构关系中的资源，在组织内部体现为社会网络、信任、社会支持、规范以及共同语言与愿景。目前公民社会组织（civil society organizations， CSOs）在我国健康老龄化服务中的巨大参与优势远未被激活，从社会资本的角度探讨公民社会组织参与健康老龄化的策略具有重要意义。文章通过大量的文献复习，从微观层面组织内部社会资本的角度，综合分析公民社会组织在参与实现健康老龄化工作目标的过程中所需要注意的社会资本要素，结合实际分析当前养老组织存在的困境并提出建议。
Abstract:
As a resource that exists in the relationship of social structure， social capital is embodied in the organization as social network， trust， social support， specification and common language and vision. At present， the huge advantage of Civil Society Organizations（CSOs） participating in China’s healthy aging services is far from being activated. It is of great significance to explore the strategies of CSOs participating in healthy aging from the perspective of social capital. From the perspective of micro?level organization of internal social capital， through a large number of literature review， this study gave a comprehensive analysis of the social capital elements that civil society organizations need to pay attention to in the process of participating in achieving the goal of healthy aging， and analyzed the current dilemma of current pension organizations and put forward suggestions.
