Civil Society Organizations(CSOs) are effective carriers to provide social pension services, but they are always lacking in participating in the healthy aging process. The pension services network, trust and support which CSOs are lack of, is the core elements of social capital, and to promote CSOs to actively participate in healthy aging process must rely on the abundant social capital in the organization. This study discovered the social capital factors of the core individuals of CSOs, to explore the difficulties the core individuals of CSOs faced and corresponding measures to enrich their social capital.
