A self?made questionnaire was used to conduct a telephone interview survey on residents newly contracted in April 2017 in two districts of Nanjing, and a total of 2 225 valid questionnaires were collected to analyze the satisfaction of patients with chronic diseases on the contracted services of family doctors and their influencing factors. The results showed that the influence of regions, contracted doctors’ diagnosis and treatment level, medical staff’s service attitude and community hospital environment on the satisfaction of family doctors with chronic diseases was statistically significant (P < 0.01). It is necessary to clarify the functional positioning of family doctor contract services, improve the diagnosis and treatment level of family doctors, improve the service attitude of medical staff, and optimize the service environment of community hospitals to improve the satisfaction of patients with chronic diseases on family doctor contract services.
