With the arrival of global “Internet +” medical big data era， domestic and international medical service models continue to innovate and develop. In order to understand the development of the current medical service mode， research methods such as literature research， field observation and Interview survey method were adopted to summarize the application practice of the medical service mode at home and abroad. We took Jiangsu Province as an example to conduct field research and explain the development of “the Internet+WIT120 model”. The results showed that WIT120 model had its own characteristics and highlights. The core elements of the development organizational model included: hospital culture， information technology， human resources and medical insurance support. It also had achieved many new functions. The study revealed the development trend of modern medical models， so as to provide practical strategies for promoting the model innovation and theoretical basis for the continuous innovation and development of medical and health service models.
