Traditional Chinese medicine is an excellent cultural resource and an important part of soft power of culture in China. Enhancing the soft power of Jiangsu traditional Chinese medicine culture is an important task in building a “Healthy Jiangsu” construction. This paper analyzed the concept of soft power in traditional Chinese medicine culture based on the three dimensions including knowledge productivity， value attraction and social influence. According to the relevant data of health statistics yearbook， it summarized the advantages and disadvantages of Xuzhou soft power of TCM culture， which aimed to enhance Xuzhou soft power of TCM culture and inherit the culture of Chinese medicine.
