As a new medical mode,telemedicine breaks through the limitation of medical resources in time and space,and provides an effective way to optimize the allocation of medical resources,realize the subsidence of high?quality medical resources,and improve the capacity of primary medical services,which has good economic and social benefits. Under the strong promotion of relevant national policies,urban medical groups began to develop telemedicine in accordance with their own development needs. In this paper,the internal advantages(S),disadvantages(W),external opportunities(O) and challenges(T) of the development of telemedicine in urban medical groups are discussed by means of literature research and situation analysis(SWOT analysis). Finally,SWOT matrix analysis is used to draw the following conclusions:seize the development opportunity and give play to the policy orientation(SO strategy);Increase financial input and promote multi?party participation(WO strategy);Improve policies and regulations and strengthen publicity(ST strategy);Combine online and offline,and try differentiated services (WT strategy).
