The purpose of this study is analyzing the behavior characteristics of self?measured individual systolic blood pressure (SBP),providing supplementary information for the traditional study which groups as their objects, and establishing a new insight into personalized and precise intervention with hypertension case management. Firstly, the data of SBP was downloaded from iFLYTEK online database. Meanwhile, the average daily temperature when they measured the blood pressure was collected from Anhui Provincial Meteorological Bureau official website. Secondly, these data were analyzed by Excel and four types of scatter gram were provided for patients. Finally, all the scatter plots were examined one by one and 4 typical cases were picked up from each of the four types, furthermore, another more visualized, comparatively groups scatter gram was generated from the 16 individual hypertension patients. According to the gram, we can see that: some of the plots increasing while others, relatively stable, fluctuating and decreasing trend. Some plots display apparently greater range of variations than others and some plots show vertical blank zones, while others, have obvious density area, scattered areas and blank areas. There are great disparities among individual hypertension data and the methods of measurement. The traditional ways are more attentive to blood pressure monitoring in groups than in individuals. Analysis of individual performance in our study may provide a new method for personalized and accurate management of hypertension case management.
