Abstract:Youth is the future of the hospital. Guiding young medical staff to cultivate firm and abundant cultural confidence is an important way to encourage their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity. The First People’s Hospital of Changzhou built a youth cultural brand “Qingzhiyuan?the source of green”by focusing on cultural confidence to merge three sources of power, vitality and ability through several ways, including making a learning and innovation atmosphere, constructing a league day activity system, building a reading and sharing platform and exploring the ways of brand building to cultivate young people’s cultural confidence. This three sources confluence provides positive stimulation and cultural nourishment for the growth of youth.
