Emergency rescue is the basis of ensuring the national production safety and plays an important role in modern hospital management. However， most researches emphasis on one aspect of the emergency rescue system in or outside of the hospital. The research on the integration of hospital and hospital emergency rescue system is rare. During the long?term practice， the four?level emergency rescue system which consisting of in?hospital and out?of?hospital were established in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University based on the platform of “6000”. This research mainly introduces the construction of the emergency system， shares the experience of hospital emergency rescue system construction， and provides reference experience for peer hospitals.
