This paper reviews the global and domestic epidemic and spread of the 1957 pandemic influenza in China，and analyzes the global prevention and control measures，including global surveillance，vaccination，medicine and isolation，as well as China’s comprehensive prevention and control measures. In addition，the author evaluates and reflects on the situation of pandemic influenza and its prevention and control，and believes that it is necessary to strengthen global cooperation，timely understand and control the epidemic situation and make comprehensive prevention and control.
