Faced with the aging of population in the period of rapid development, it is urgent to deepen the reform of China’s pension system and the connotation of pension services. The study and exploration of old?age service strategies under the guidance of health management philosophy can provide reference for improving the old?age service system and facing the challenges of aging population. This paper analyzes the characteristics and situation of old?age service in China, studies the practice of developed countries abroad, and guides the research and exploration of old?age service in China with the concept of health management. China’s elderly care service should speed up the process of legislation, provide legal protection for elderly health management services, continue to improve the community level home?based elderly care service system, improve multi?layer institutional elderly care services, establish and improve the supply system of diversified health management services, and realize healthy aging.
