Four hundred participants in long?term care insurance in Anqing city were selected in this study by stratified random sampling. Based on literature review and expert consultation, questionnaires were designed and data were collected. Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis were used to explore the satisfaction degree and its influencing factors. The results showed that the overall satisfaction was 86.16%. Univariate analysis showed that 8 demographic characteristics such as gender and 6 factors such as policy awareness affected the overall satisfaction, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The multivariate analysis showed that gender, marital status, physical condition, cognition of long?term care insurance, burden of care expenditure and status of nursing services were associated with the overall satisfaction(P<0.05). The satisfaction of long?term care insurance in Anqing city needs to be improved, and the relevant departments need to take efforts in policy publicity and health education,and to promote the system protection for disabled groups and other vulnerable groups, and to improve the policy sense and satisfaction of the insured people.
