Currently，general hospitals as major diagnosis and treatment units are very important for prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019（COVID?19） in the context of global pandemic. In this study， based on the formulation and practice of prevention and control strategies， we discussed the experiences and deficiencies of the comprehensive strategy and hospital management of COVID?19 prevention and control combining with its regional characteristics in the Affiliated Jiangning Hospital of Nanjing Medical University， which strengthens the experience and insufficiency of hospital management and provides references for improving strategies of COVID?19 prevention and control.
