Based on Jing Cheng culture, the research builds the framework of hospital Jing Cheng culture system and analyzes dimensional aspects of the framework through the cultural practice conducted by the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. “Jing” refers to three “Shu” in daily work such as professional skills, academic research and art. “Cheng” mainly lies in three “Pin” including morality, behavior and quality. People?centered approach calls for affiliation in organizational relations, which can deepen the connotation of hospital culture and enhance employees’ cultural recognition.
