Nowadays we have entered the era of cloud computing and big data. The 5G mobile communication technology provides a lot of possibilities for re?improving the level of informatization applications in all walks of life. At the same time， 5G has a strong integration effect with a variety of advanced information and communication technologies， e.g. cloud computing ad big data， forming a 5G+ technology ecosystem with the characteristics of technology convergence. In this paper， the development of digital medicine under the 5G+ environment was analyzed， the influence of 5G+ on the development of digital medicine was discussed， two key problems existing in digital medicine and corresponding solutions were proposed， and finally the future of digital medicine was looked forward to.
