The construction of the integrated delivery systems is the development trend of the international medical and health service system， and it is also a key measure to alleviate the problem of “difficult medical treatment” in our country， promote the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system， and improve the overall efficiency of medical and health services. Based on combing the integrated care research at home and abroad， and expounding the concept of integrated care and connotation， this study analyzed the integration of the main problems existing in the construction of integrated care. Policy suggestions were put forward to improve the integrated delivery systems in terms of financial investment， coordination mechanism， medical insurance payment reform， salary system reform， and informatization construction.
