    文章抽取重庆市某培训基地正在接受培训的学员442名进行电子问卷调查,采用描述性统计、差异性检验及多元线性回归分析等统计方法,对住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)的满意度及影响因素进行分析。结果显示,住培医师对规范化培训的总体满意度为3.88分,住培满意度在学历、压力情况、睡眠情况以及增设心理课程需求情况方面存在显著差异性(P<0.05),多元线性回归结果显示,影响总体满意度的因素主要有睡眠情况、性别、婚姻。住培医师对规范化培训总体满意度处于中等水平,薪酬回报仍然是主要突出问题,需要缓解医师就业压力,关注住培医师的工作压力及工作负荷,增强对学员的人文关怀及归属感,重视医师的心理疏导,不断完善住培政策及管理制度,提高住培医师满意度。

    Abstract:

    A total of 442 trainees in a training base in Chongqing were selected for the electronic questionnaire survey. Data were analyzed by statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, test of difference and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that residents’ total satisfaction with standardized training was 3.88. Significant differences(P<0.05) in satisfaction with standardized training for residents were found between groups of different educational background, stress degree,sleep quality,and the demand for psychological courses. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors of total satisfaction were sleep quality,gender and marriage status. The total satisfaction among residents with standardized training was at a medium level. The compensation from salary was still the main problem for residents’ satisfaction. Residents’ satisfaction with standardized training could be improved through relieving career stress, focusing on the pressure and work load, enhancing the humanistic care and sense of belonging, paying attention to residents’ psychological counseling, and continuously improving policies and management systems of standardized training for residents.
