With the development of information technology and network communication technology， the connotation of telemedicine is constantly evolving and enriching. After nearly 30 years of development in China's telemedicine， especially in the case of COVID?19， the policy system has been gradually improved， and the telemedicine collaboration network and Internet hospitals have made some achievements. However， at the same time， some problems have been exposed， such as imperfect laws and regulations， imperfect service pricing and compensation mechanism， imperfect system platform function， insufficient understanding between doctors and patients， lack of telemedicine professionals and so on. In the light of the development experience of telemedicine in the developed countries， we should further strengthen the construction of laws and regulations of telemedicine in China， improve the financial compensation mechanism， enhance the functions of telemedicine system， and speed up the construction of telemedicine talents， so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of telemedicine.
