    摘要:

    长江是中华民族的母亲河,是我国重要的生态安全屏障。推动长江经济带发展是党中央作出的重大决策部署,是关系国家发展全局的重大战略。长江大保护是基于长江经济带战略而提出的急需完成的一项严峻任务,习近平总书记提出要“共抓大保护,不搞大开发”,走“生态优先、绿色发展”之路,实施长江生态环境修复,建设一个绿色生态廊道。长江流域为血吸虫病流行主要地区,如何在保护长江生态的同时,开展血吸虫病防治工作,对血吸虫病消除目标的实现至关重要。文章对长江大保护政策下血吸虫病防治工作的挑战与机遇进行了剖析,提出完善部门间联防联控机制,加快创新技术研发,加强野生动物监测和家畜管理,提高人群防护意识等建议。

    Abstract:

    The Yangtze River is the mother river of the Chinese nation and an important ecological security barrier in China. Promoting the development of the Yangtze Economic Belt is a major decision and plan made by the CPC Central Committee and a major strategy for China’s overall development. The great protection of the Yangtze River is an urgent and serious task based on the strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC, has proposed to “protect together rather than develop”, take the road of “ecological priority and green development”, carry out ecological environmental restoration of Yangtze River, and build a green ecological corridor. The Yangtze River Basin is the main endemic area of schistosomiasis. How to carry out ecological protection and schistosomiasis control is of great importance to eliminate schistosomiasis. This study analyzed the challenges and opportunities of schistosomiasis control under the Yangtze River protection policy. It is recommended to improve the inter departmental joint prevention and control mechanism, accelerate the research and development of innovative technologies, strengthen wildlife monitoring and livestock management, and improve people’s awareness of protection.
