Through systematical reviewing and summarization of the relevant studies both in home and overseas, this paper explained and classified the connotation of hospital technological innovation, generalized the widely used evaluation principle, methods and indexes, and summarized the problems in current study, which would provide new ideas for roundly and accurately evaluating technological innovation of level 3 general hospital.
