    摘要:

    医患纠纷的发生以及解决不但与纠纷的主体有紧密的联系,与政府及社会相关组织也有着不可或缺的关系?医方注重人文情感能加强医患之间的沟通可减少医患纠纷;医方健全规章制度?实施规范化的管理亦可降低纠纷;医方要重视宣教,在纠纷中要争取积极主动,抱着诚信提前介入,可避免纠纷产生或使纠纷得到顺利解决?政府及社会相关组织应开辟诉讼外的解决机制和途径,减少诉讼,提高医患纠纷解决的有效性?医患纠纷的社会属性决定了纠纷的预防和处置需要医方?政府及社会相关各方的共同努力?

    Abstract:

    The occurrence of medical disputes and the settlement of the disputes are closely related to the main body of the disputes, and have an indispensable relationship with the government and social organizations. Medical humanistic emotions can strengthen the communication and reduce the disputes between doctors and patients; the improvement of hospital rules and regulations as well as the implementation of standardized management can reduce the dispute; hospitals should attach importance to the education, actively take the initiative and holding integrity early intervention to avoid and solve disputes. In addition, the government and the relevant organizations should open up the settlement mechanism and the way outside the litigation, reduce the litigation and improve the validity of the dispute settlement. The prevention and disposal of disputes require the joint efforts of the hospital, the government and related parties, which decided by the social attribute of medical disputes.
