    医院志愿服务是加强医院管理的有力补充,也是和谐医患关系的重要平台。在医院管理不断创新的背景下,医院志愿服务的模式也需要不断探索。双向联动模式具有信息互通顺畅、人员互动紧密的优点,常州市第一人民医院将此应用于志愿公益项目创新,以学生需求为导向,以医院志愿服务资源为支撑,开设“学生体验课”。项目开展过程中呈现实施综合化、理念人性化、模式发展化、运作稳定化的特征,助益学生健康成长,拓宽医院与社会的沟通渠道。“学生体验课”的成功给医院志愿服务以丰富启示,双向联动模式有助于青年志愿者和学生共同成长。

    Abstract:

    Hospital volunteer service is a powerful supplement to strengthen hospital management, and an important platform for harmonious doctor?patient relationship. In the context of continuous innovation in hospital management, the model of hospital volunteer service needs to be continuously explored. The two?way linkage mode has the advantages of smooth information communication and close personnel interaction. The First People’s Hospital of Changzhou applied this mode to the innovation of voluntary public welfare projects, and developed the “student experience course” which guided by the needs of students and supported by the hospital’s volunteer service resources. During the project development process, the characteristics of integration of implementation, humanization of concept, development of model, and operational stability were presented to help students grow healthily and broaden the communication channels between hospitals and society. The success of the “student experience course” has enriched the hospital volunteer service. The two?way linkage model helps young volunteers and students grow together.
