    采用领悟社会支持量表、生涯适应力量表和症状自评量表,对1 905名硕士研究生新生进行调查,探讨研究生新生心理健康状况及其影响机制。结果显示,研究生新生心理问题筛查率25.7%,其中强迫(21.2%)、人际关系敏感(11.4%)、抑郁(7.7%)和焦虑(6.8%)等症状较为突出;研究生新生领悟社会支持、生涯适应力与心理健康两两之间存在显著相关(P<0.01);生涯适应力在研究生新生领悟社会支持对心理健康的影响中发挥部分中介作用(β=-0.21,P<0.001)。领悟社会支持对心理健康的影响是一种积极心理品质增益机制,教育工作者可以通过加强人文关怀以提高研究生新生对可利用社会支持的感知,还可以通过开设职业生涯课程、开展职业生涯活动以及生涯辅导等途径提升研究生新生的生涯适应力,进而提高其心理健康水平。

    Abstract:

    Understanding social support scale, career adaptation scale and self?evaluating inventory were used by 1 905 freshman of graduate students to explore their mental health status and its influence mechanisms. The results showed that the screening rate of the freshman of graduate students’ psychological problems was 25.7%, among which obsessive(21.2%), interpersonal sensitivity(11.4%), depression(7.7%) and anxiety(6.8%) were more prominent; there was significant correlation between the two among understanding social support, career adaptability and mental health(P<0.01); career adaptability played a mediating role in the relationship between understanding social support and mental health in the freshman of graduate students(β=-0.21,P<0.001). Understanding social support affects the mental health of the freshman of graduate students by developing their positive psychological qualities. To improve freshman of graduate students’ mental health level, educators should enhance their awareness of available social support by strengthening humanistic care, on the other hand, they should enhance their career adaptability by offering career courses, career activities and career counseling.
