The transformation of medical scientific and technological achievements is of great significance to China. Through systematic review and summary of relevant literature， this paper mainly expounds the concepts of sci?tech achievements along with the transformation of sci?tech achievements，analyzes the current situation of medical sci?tech achievements transformation， and summarizes the influencing factors of medical sci?tech achievements transformation， including the neglect of sci?tech achievements in hospitals and universities， deficiencies in the ability of researchers， the neglect of market demand in scientific research projects， insufficient funds for the transformation of sci?tech achievements，imperfect policies and laws， asymmetry of information transformation of scientific research achievements， and the lack of communication platform between supply and demand. At the end of the paper， relevant suggestions and countermeasures are put forward based on influence factors， aims to improve the level of medical sci?technology achievements transformation in our country.
